2024.03.12 Seoullabs Hosts Successful E-Sports x Blockchain Networking Party in Bangkok

Web3 infrastructure builder Seoullabs announced on the 12th that it had successfully hosted a networking party in Bangkok, Thailand, bringing together key figures from the global and local e-sports and blockchain industries.

The “E-Sports Networking Party” was organized by PSD, an e-sports game operator headquartered in Thailand, and co-sponsored by local blockchain company FOB Lab and Seoullabs.

The event was attended by Thai e-sports teams, industry stakeholders, and media representatives. The program included sponsor business briefings, keynote presentations by tech innovators, networking opportunities, and live performances.

In the keynote session, Seoullabs’ project lead Kyu-min Nam delivered an in-depth presentation on services powered by the high-performance SASEUL blockchain engine and explored new opportunities in the e-sports sector. His talk outlined the vast potential of integrating blockchain technology with e-sports to drive service innovation and unlock new growth.

“We envision a future where blockchain technology is simplified and integrated into everyday life, making it more accessible to everyone,” Nam stated. “We aim to introduce new business models to the e-sports industry through NFT-based item issuance, transparent tournament operations, enhanced fan participation, and fan community building.”

He also introduced Seoullabs’ vision of fan engagement through fan token issuance, interactive events, community development, and content creation and distribution. These initiatives aim to offer fans deeper and more meaningful connections with their favorite teams.

This approach demonstrates the potential for blockchain technology to be applied across a wide range of industries and everyday scenarios. Through this event, Seoullabs presented a blueprint for the transformative convergence of e-sports and next-generation blockchain and further cemented its position as a frontrunner in the future of blockchain innovation.
