Web3 solutions provider Seoullabs (CEO Jang Do-hee) announced on March 5 that it has signed a strategic partnership with SITC, one of Laos’ leading system integration (SI) companies, to supply blockchain technology and jointly expand the SASEUL blockchain ecosystem.
Through this agreement, the two companies will integrate SASEUL blockchain technology into SITC’s iOffice solution, which is currently developed and supplied to the Lao government. The integration aims to dramatically enhance the security and integrity of digital signatures within the platform.
Headquartered in Laos, SITC (Saignasith IT Consulting) is a comprehensive IT service provider, specializing in software development, database management, cybersecurity, and network design. The company develops various digital solutions for both the public and private sectors in Laos, covering areas such as tax administration, digital technology, office automation, official development assistance (ODA) management, statistics, finance, and defense.
SITC currently lists five major Lao government ministries, including the Ministry of Finance, among its key clients.
As a Web3 solutions company, Seoullabs is focused on establishing the foundational service infrastructure for the SASEUL ecosystem. With its technological and operational capabilities, the company aims to improve the usability and accessibility of blockchain applications, contributing to the wider adoption of decentralized technologies in real-world environments.
